3. All our goods are handcrafted one at a time by skilled artisans, making each one unique. Minimal differences in color tone, shape, or size between products may occur as per result of this procedure; however, this is not considered a fault and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Because of the nature of our products, we reserve the right to give a resolution at our exclusive discretion. Every request for a refund or exchange is considered a unique situation. If we are provided with an invalid or incomplete mailing address, or if the shipping agency has made two unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the receiver declines the package, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
