NO RETURNS

• Expired Product: If you receive a product that is past its expiration date.
• Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered or some products are missing in your order.
• Quality Issues: If there are any quality issues that make the product unsuitable for consumption.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

4. Replacement Shipment: Once your request is approved, we will send out a replacement or missing product promptly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the it has been shipped.

EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we may not be able to process replacement requests in the following cases:
• Requests made more than 04 days after the delivery date
• Issues arising from improper storage or handling after the product has been delivered
• Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect the quality or safety of the product
