This puree brings together Spinach, Rice, Moong Dal, Sorghum, Coconut Milk Powder, Ghee, Mint, Cumin, Tamarind, Black Pepper, Salt, and Water a lineup that is both nutritionally comprehensive and deeply rooted in Indian food tradition. Spinach provides Iron, Folate, and Vitamins A and K. Moong Dal adds plant protein and is one of the most easily digestible legumes, making it perfect for babies. Each pouch is free from artificial preservatives and flavourings. The seasoning is minimal and baby-appropriate just enough to make the food interesting, nothing excessive.
